Your sessions can take place either in or outdoors, at your home, or within Active4Less Hove with the general emphasis of each session being fun yet progressive whilst be targeted to achieve your goals. With MP Personal Training it's all about support, encouragement, motivation and education. You will have the benefit of working with our health and fitness professionals, who have experience in both competing and training at a professional level.
